Type of analysis
We perform diverse types of analyses for the quantitative analysis of host-cell proteomes upon challenge with either (recombinant) proteins of CoV2 or with the full virus. Aside from classical abundance-targeted proteomics we also try to decipher posttranslational modifications involved.
Further activities regarding development of LC-MS based infection testing and the characterization of antibodies are planned but have not been started yet.
